30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

How Returns Work
To start a return, email us at hello@hazelswildlife.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll provide instructions, including the correct return address, on how to send your item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. A flat rate fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away—we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received, please allow a few business days for inspection. We’ll notify you once your return has been reviewed and whether it has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
