Shipping Availability
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.

Order Processing
Orders are processed the same day or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days. Weekends excluded.

  • 3 Day Select: 3 day service provided by UPS. (available in select locations) Weekends excluded.

  • 2nd Day Air: 2 day service provided by UPS.(available in select locations) Weekends excluded.

  • Next Day Air: 1 business day (available in select locations) Weekends excluded.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. 

Note: Regardless of the shipping method selected, we do not guarantee weekend deliveries as it is not a provided shipping option.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $125

  • Shipping rates for orders under $125 are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method

Shipping Issues & Delivery Support

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control and may be affected by delays.

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@hazelswildlife.com  so we can assist.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery office. If you still need help, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please do not discard the packing slip included in your shipment until you have fully checked your order.
